Returns and Refunds

Here at Smelly Paws we always try to make the best products that we can that live up to your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order then we encourage you to first email us at Hello@smelly-paws.co.uk where we will work with you to find a solution.

Returns

We offer a 14 day returns policy from the date you receive your item(s) to open a returns request. To be eligible for a return the item must be unused and in its original packaging which must not be damaged or broken.

We recommend that your returns are sent via a tracked courier service as we cannot be held liable for any losses or damages when your parcel is being returned to us. Unfortunately, we are unable to pay, reimburse or subsidise any returns at this present time.

Before sending your return to us you need to first contact us at hello@smelly-paws.co.uk to open a return. We will not be able to accept returns if you have not contacted us first before
returning your item(s).

Please note that if you have ordered a personalised candle lid we cannot accept free returns due to the one off nature of personalisation and these will be subject to a £2.00 restocking fee.

Refunds

Once we have received your item, we will inspect it to make sure it is in good condition before we issue your refund, all refunds will be automatically issued back to the payment method that you made the purchase with. Please allow 1-2 days for the banks to transfer the payment.

Damages & issues

We recommend that you thoroughly inspect all your order when it arrives and notify us immediately if there are any issues with your order. We may require images or video evidence of the issue and we ask for your assistance during this process.
